Nice to Meet You!

Hi everyone! My name is G and I am so excited to be your child's first grade teacher this year. I am from a small town in Georgia but I went to school at Florida State University. I always knew I was interested in education, but I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do when I got to college. Eventually, I chose to study Psychology with a focus in child development. Through my courses and research projects, I learned a lot about how a child's mind works. I feel this truly benefits my teaching. Along with a Masters of Science in Psychology, I also have a minor in Education and certificate in Developmental Disabilities. This is my first year teaching and I am beyond excited to use what I've learned to give your child the best educational experience. I look forward to a great year full of learning!
